DELIVERY & RETURNS

At LERAYA, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, ensuring a smooth and fast delivery and returns process.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped and delivered within 2–7 business days.

We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary based on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or local holidays. 

DELIVERY

After receiving payment for your order, we will deliver the product to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure the accuracy and completeness of your delivery address, as we are not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information.

Upon delivery, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you. Please inspect the package upon arrival and notify us immediately of any issues.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make changes, including amending the delivery address, shipping method, or removing items from the order. However, we may be able to accommodate changes within the first 24 hours. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately via our contact form. 

If your order has already been dispatched and you need to change the delivery address, please contact the courier directly.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your pieces for a full refund. Please initiate the process on our Returns page.

Please note:

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. The safety tag, which is securely attached to the garment to ensure it has not been worn, must remain unremoved and undamaged. Any returns with a missing or tampered safety tag will not be accepted.

  • We will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
