Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund. Please initiate the process via our Returns page.
Please note:
- Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. The safety tag, which is securely attached to the garment to verify it hasn't been worn, must remain intact and undamaged. Returns with a missing or tampered safety tag will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned products.
Once an order is placed, changes, including the delivery address, are usually not possible. However, if contacted within 24 hours, changes may be accommodated. Please use the contact form immediately for any requests.
